2007 Seattle Street of Dreams Awards

Lockie Homes, under Todd Lockie’s leadership, won eight awards for their Copper Falls home at the Street of Dreams, an annual luxury home tour. These awards, announced in August 2007, include:

  • Best of Show (judged by 2,000 real estate agents).
  • Best Kitchen (real estate agents’ contest).
  • Best Value (tied with the Tamarack home, real estate agents’ contest).
  • Best Master Suite (judged by building and design professionals).
  • Best Landscaping (People’s Choice Awards, voted by tourgoers).
  • Best Interior Design and Furnishings (People’s Choice Awards).
  • Best Architectural Design (People’s Choice Awards).
  • Most Creative Make-A-Wish Foundation Room (People’s Choice Awards). Additionally, the Copper Falls home achieved an independently certified 4-star Built Green rating, recognizing its environmental sustainability. This was Todd Lockie’s first project as a primary builder for the Street of Dreams, a significant milestone since founding Lockie Homes in 1998.
