I wanted to write to you to thank you so much for building our house. Laura and I are so impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail in the home. We are particularly amazed at the quality of the finishing work. We looked at homes for a long time before finding your home in Storm Lake Heights; we did not find any homes in the price range that came close to the quality of the home you built, particularly the interior finishing.

Probably of even greater importance has been your follow through. I have heard so many horror stories about people who build new homes and once the house is closed the builder will not deal with any latent problems that come up. We have had very few issues with our house but you have dealt with each one of them promptly and professionally.

Again, Laura and I want to thank you for building our home. We enjoy it tremendously and we would certainly recommend you to anyone who is looking for a custom home or high end custom-like home.

The home is configured for many kinds of functions. The communal family area stretches across the back and is flooded with light from walls of windows.
