At LOCKIE HOMES we are building our fine homes for the educated and discerning home buyer! Whatever your style, whether it's your first luxury home, or it's your second or third, we build the same way, the right way! It's that simple. We know you will be our very best advertisement now, and into the future! We build homes, and relationships, that you will be able to take pride in!

We build our fine homes throughout King county's east side, and north to Snohomish county, in carefully selected communities.

LOCKIE HOMES INC. was founded in August of 1998. The focus: Growing this company founded on sound character and integrity, embodied with the correct attributes, which enable us to serve our clients with pride and integrity! We are NOT a production builder! At only  2-3 customs, and 4-6 luxury spec homes a year, we are building way beyond the expectations of our industry, as we build with excellence! We take great care in building to our very high standards, not the standards of other builders. Remember you get what you pay for! You will notice a vast difference with LOCKIE HOMES.

    Skilled Pick-Up Carpenter

    Position requires minimum 3 years experience in carpentry, pick up carpentry. Must have a strong desire to succeed within our organization and work well with others. Own tools and truck.     Assistant Site Superintendent
